Securing & Preparing Your Vehicle
Once your bid is successful, we’ll handle the entire vehicle payment and preparation process in Japan — including FOB costs, agent fees, transport, and local charges. Your car will be carefully inspected, prepared, and stored in one of our secure yards before beginning its journey to Australia.
We’ll also manage all necessary documentation and compliance preparation so your vehicle arrives ready for registration.
Any pre-arranged deposit payments can be made at this stage — but full payment is never required until your vehicle arrives in Australia and passes compliance.

Shipping & Customs Clearance
Once your export documents are finalized, we’ll arrange secure international shipping from Japan to Australia, complete with full freight insurance for peace of mind.
Typical shipping times range between three to four weeks, depending on vessel schedules and destination ports.
Upon arrival, our experienced team will manage every step of the customs and biosecurity clearance process, ensuring your vehicle passes all inspections and meets Australian compliance standards. Everything is included in your final “landed and complied” price — no hidden costs or unexpected fees.

Compliance, Handover & Registration
After your vehicle clears customs, it will be transported to an approved compliance workshop for certification — a key requirement for registration in Australia.
This stage typically takes around 10 business days and is fully included in your final price, ensuring your vehicle meets all Australian Design Rules (ADR) and safety standards.
Once compliance is complete, your vehicle is ready to hit the road. We’ll manage the handover process and prepare all necessary registration documents for you.
We also handle the Roadworthy Certificate (RWC) and registration (Rego) on your behalf — saving you time and ensuring your car is fully compliant and ready to drive.
